Start-up Manager, Innovation Manager, Network Manager – a vocational training path on entrepreneurship to fill the gap between educational systems and labour market.
The project composes of post-diploma training programme which main objective is to develop entrepreneurial capabilities and deliver business experience of projects’ participants. The students are gaining knowledge through classroom trainings with experienced tutors and practitioners, online lessons, visits in companies and also by 40-day internships in Poland, Italy and Portugal. The collaboration between the Training Centres and the Technological Parks guarantees the immediate experience of theoretical knowledge and favors the access to work in managerial functions.
